Sushi Dinner at Mitsukoshi

My final dinner in Tokyo was done in Mitsukoshi in Ginza, in a restaurant named Tsukiji Aozora Sandaime. It was quite a reputable sushi restaurant and it had pretty good reviews and so I decided to come here for the second part of my dinner, after the yakitori I had in Shinjuku.
I was directed to the bar area where I could see how the sushi chefs cut and prepared the sushi that were served to the guests. I ordered a 11-sushi meal and some sake and was eagerly awaiting my food to arrive.
Finally, my sushi meal arrived. It consisted of various fish sushi, egg, fish tail and uni sushi. As I tucked in to my meal, I kept watching the chefs in action. I found it quite interesting that whenever a customer enters the restaurant, they would all shout something in unison.
There were raw ingredients right in front of me behind the glass and the chefs pulled out some raw fish and started cutting them and making them into more sushi for the customers. I also enjoyed some sake and it proved to be a satisfying meal. It was my last meal in Tokyo and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here as I was offered with good views and great food, and I would definitely come back to visit again some day.
