Wako Ginza

As I was nearing the end of the road, I saw two stores that were familiar to me as I had visited Ginza a few days ago: Mitsukoshi and Wako. Mitsukoshi is a department store and there are also restaurants, where I had the second part of my dinner for the day. Wako is a store that sells expensive watches, jewelry and chocolates.
The night lights were especially vibrant as the buildings offered some nice shots for my camera and also my sketchbook. Visitors to Ginza would be familiar with this junction where one could see both Wako and Mitsukoshi.
I decided to make a sketch of this scene as Wako is representative of Ginza and the combination of the dark sky and warm lights coming out from the building was attractive to the eye. The art deco design also stands out from the rest of the buildings and it was a great scene that can be included in my sketchbook.
