Getting a gondola ride in Venice is a must-do as many tourists opt for this once-in-a-lifetime activity. The sound of the rowers belting their songs out and the views from both sides were experiences I wanted to capture so I decided to paint this unique scene from the perspective of the passenger enjoying the ride on one of the Venetian canals.
